Monthly payments are only accepted in cash or by check.

a first come, first served basis and are subject to "limited
availability"
Contract::
The Contract on your
parking ticket limits our liability.
Please read it!
The customer leaves the car at his own risk at parking rates
as posted. The Ticket licenses the holder to park one automobile
in the area designated by the operator. Park properly and
lock your car! Only rental space license granted and no
bailment is created. The management shall not be responsible
for fire, theft, damage or loss to said automobile or any
article left in same. No employee or agent may alter or
enlarge our liability hereunder orally or otherwise. This
constitutes the entire contract acceptance of the check
constitutes acknowledgment by holder that he has read and
agrees to the foregoing.

MOTORCYCLES MUST ENTER
AT THE MINNA STREET MOTORCYCLE ENTRANCE.
Due to space limitations,
the garage cannot allow: LIMOUSINES, TRAILERS, or EXTENDED
LENGTH VEHICLES.
NO DEAD STORAGE IS ALLOWED;
VEHICLES LEFT OVER 15 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING AT OWNERS
EXPENSE.

Street entry (subject to limited availability)
Security:
The Garage does provide
regular security patrols in within the property and escort
service is available upon request. However, as noted in
our parking contract, the garage is not responsible for
loss, damage or stolen items. Please help prevent crime
by securing all valuables.
Lost Ticket
Policy:
A lost ticket will be charged at the
maximum daily rate and you will be required to provide a
valid ID and proof of ownership of the vehicle.
A refund will be given upon receipt of the found lost ticket
and receipt for a period of 30 days from the date of the
lost ticket.
